1. How to Place an Order


Shopping with us is simple and does not require a complex registration process.

  1. Browse & Select: Navigate through our categories (Stationery, Technology, Boards, etc.) or use the search bar to find specific items.

  2. Add to Cart: Click the "Add to Cart" button on items you need. You can adjust quantities directly in the cart.

  3. Review Cart: Click the shopping bag icon to review your items. Here you will see your subtotal and estimated shipping costs.

  4. Checkout: Proceed to checkout. You will need to provide your NamePhone Number, and Delivery Address.

  5. Confirm: select your payment method and click "Place Order". You will receive an order confirmation on the screen and via email/SMS (if provided).

Note: You do not need to create an account to shop. You can check out as a Guest.



2. Payment Methods


Currently, we offer the following payment option to ensure trust and security:

  • Cash On Delivery (COD): Pay directly to our delivery agent when your package arrives. Please ensure you have the exact cash amount ready for a faster handover.

  • Online Payment: Coming Soon! We are working on integrating secure credit/debit card gateways.



3. Delivery Information


We pride ourselves on fast and reliable delivery within the Central Province and beyond.

  • Delivery Area: We primarily serve the Kandy District and surrounding Central Province areas.

  • Shipping Fees:

    • Orders over Rs. 10,000: ✅ FREE Delivery

    • Orders under Rs. 10,000: Flat rate of Rs. 500

  • Delivery Time:

    • Orders placed before 2:00 PM are typically processed the same day.

    • Standard delivery time is 1-3 business days depending on your location.



4. Returns & Exchanges


We want you to be happy with your purchase.

  • Damaged/Incorrect Items: If you receive a damaged product or the wrong item, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery.

  • Return Condition: Items must be unused, in original packaging, and with all tags/seals intact.

  • How to Return: Contact our support team via WhatsApp or Email to initiate a return.

Ordering & Account


Q: Do I need to create an account to buy school supplies? A: No! You can shop as a "Guest." However, if you are a business or wholesale partner, please use the [Partner Login] button for B2B pricing.

Q: Can I cancel my order after placing it? A: We process orders very quickly. If you need to cancel, please call our hotline (+94 81 223 4270) immediately. Once the order is dispatched, it cannot be canceled.

Q: Is there a minimum order value? A: There is no minimum order value. You can order a single pen or a whole box! However, delivery fees apply to orders under Rs. 10,000.


Products & Stock


Q: Are the prices on the website the same as in the store? A: Yes, our online retail prices match our showroom prices. Look out for online-exclusive "Hot Deals" and "Bundle Offers" marked with red badges!

Q: What if an item I ordered is out of stock? A: We try to keep our inventory updated in real-time. In the rare event an item is unavailable, our team will contact you to offer a replacement or a refund for that item.
